If you use any ROGEE element from this website, with or without written permission, on your website and/or other marketing and advertising outlets for your business, you, the owner of the website and/or the underlining company profiting from use of the element, hereby understand and agree to the following terms: (a) you will be automatically invoiced by ROGEE at the current licensing rate for each element used; (b) you are granted a 12-month limited license to use the element as originally intended by ROGEE; (c) invoicing will recur, at current prices, on a 12-month anniversary basis as long as you continue to use/license the element; (d) the license is limited to elements (including, but not limited to: video, natural photo, doctored photo/image, manufactured image, ad copy, text copy, web page, data collection form, etc.) and does NOT include trademarks (DealerSERVE, ROGEE, HollywoodSERVE, BidThatCar, etc.). ROGEE Element Licensing Prices:

You can use ROGEE elements (per purchase) in any combination at up to 3 separate marketing outlets (e.g. Using the same element at 1 website, on flyers, and on business cards = 3 outlets. Using the same element at three different websites = 3 outlets.). If you have questions, you must contact ROGEE Sales Department before use, otherwise, you will be invoiced at the following published prices as licensed use:

1.	Data Collection Form - Short	$750	per year	1 form	with JavaScript validation
2.	Data Collection Form - Long	$1,200	per year	1 form	with JavaScript validation
3.	Ad Copy Text, Editorial	$750	per year	1 page	words only, without format
4.	Ad Graphics, Web Banner	$150	per year	5 banners	full color
5.	Ad Graphics, Site Background	$150	per year	1 image	full color
6.	Photograph (real image)	$1,000	per year	per image	+ any talent fees
7.	Photograph (doctored image)	$1,500	per year	per image	+ any talent fees
8.	Video and Short Films	$7,500	per year	per video	+ any talent SAG-AFTRA fees
9.	ROGEE Trademark, Logos	$30,000	per year	per logo	with consideration of artwork
10.	ROGEE Trademark, Text	$20,000	per year	per mark	without consideration of artwork
